Monograph “Derzhavno-hromadians’ka komunikatsiia: shliakh vid kryzy do vzaiemodii” authors Kozakov Volodymyr Mykolayovych, Rashkovskaya Olga Vladimirovna, Rebkalo Valery Andriyovych, Romanenko Eugene Alexandrovich, Chaplya Irina Vitalievna is referred to the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting Location for participation in the All-Ukrainian contest “The Best Book Ukraine” in the nomination “From the depth of knowledge”. The competition was initiated by the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting Location in order to promote the development of domestic book publishing, improving the traditions of the national book publishing business, raising the role of the book in society, popularizing modern technologies of its artistic design and printing.
The monograph was approved by the Academic Council of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (Protocol #4 of April 26, 2017) and initiates a series of publications on public administration, development of new thematic directions of the industry.
The monograph explores the theoretical identification of the concepts of “communication”, “social communication”, “mass communication” and their components, in the context of modern research approaches; The attributive-system properties of communication in public administration are determined; The role of information and communication technologies in the development of communication in the countries of the European community is substantiated; The directions of strengthening of the influence of civil communication on the democratization of the system of public administration of Ukraine are identified and appreciated; The directions and ways of using marketing communications in public administration are substantiated.
