Romanenko Yevgeny Alexandrovich, President of the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Science of Public Administration co-authored with colleagues – acting judges of administrative courts and leading lawyers the textbook was issued

         

             Under the auspices of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (hereinafter – MAUP), Romanenko Yevgeny Alexandrovich, President of the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Science of Public Administration, Head of the Department of Public Administration of the MAUP, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, co-authored with colleagues – acting judges of administrative courts and leading lawyers,              R.P. Kaiashevim, V.A. Kuzenko, Yu.V. Kopikom O.I Byelow, the textbook “Teoretyko-metodolohichni aspekty perehliadu sudovykh rishen’ u vidnovlenij administratyvnij spravi” was issued.

        On the textbook reviews from outstanding scholars, M.N. Kurko- Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine; V.I. Litvinenko – Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine; V.M. Voronin – Doctor of Historical Sciences are received.

        The textbook outlines the theoretical, procedural and methodological foundations for reviewing judgments, international recommendations and international experience. The actual problems of reviewing court decisions in cases of loss and renewal of cases are investigated. The influence of the change of jurisdiction, functioning of the Unified State Register of court decisions is highlighted.

         The manual will be useful for the employees of the judicial system of Ukraine, civil servants, adjuncts, graduate students and students of educational institutions.
