According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine from November 4, 2016 №487 / 2016 “Issues of the Coordinating Council to the Civil Society Development” Alexander Mikhailovich Nepomnyashchii – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor of the Department of Public Administration of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, deputy head of the Ukrainian Association “Ukrmolodzhytlo” ( by agreement) included in the Coordination Council to the civil society development.
