The founders of the journal are: Ternopil National Medical University named after I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Scientific Perspectives Publishing Group, Christian Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Public Administration.
