The authors of the publication E.O. Romanenko – Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Colonel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and A.I. Bohdanenko – candidate of sciences in public administration, associate professor of the department of public administration of the MAUP.
The publication analyzes the factors of the functioning of the financial system for the recovery of the country after the destruction caused by the Russian attack.
