Director of the public scientific organization “All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Public Administration”, Iryna Zhukova took part in the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference “Actual problems of construction and service-combat activities of formations of security forces and state defense forces under martial law “, which took place on May 31, 2023.
The conference is organized by the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.
The event was marked by a discussion among the participants of the event, which contributed to the actualization of the most important ideas of the speakers’ speeches, the discussion of topical issues regarding the features, risks and determinants of the creation and maintenance of the capabilities of the defense forces under martial law.
