Since the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Science in Public Administration and especially Eugene A. Romanenko contribute to the improvement and promotion of useful projects in the sphere of public administration, gratitude was expressed to Yevgeny Ivanovich Maximov, Director of the International Festival of Amateur Cinema “Kinokkommeriya”, Chairman of the public organization “Kinokimmeria Festival”, to the official representative Ukraine in the International Union of Unprofessional Cinema (UNICA) with UNESCO, a member of the National Union and the cinematographers of Ukraine – for the noble mission of supporting the national cinema art and gifted youth.
For more than ten years Kherson has hosted the international film festival Kinokimeriya. His motto is “For the sake of life on Earth!” The festival “Kinokimeriya” is an annual competitive specialized festival of cinema and video films created by amateurs not only in Ukraine but also in countries such as Belarus, Israel, France, Estonia, Korea, Austria, Bulgaria and etc. One of the goals of this event is the unification of talented and enterprising youth, for which cinema art is a way of realizing one’s life position. The festival has gone a long way to international recognition. For the first time it took place in 2006, when 40 participants arrived, presenting 60 works. In 2007, it has already become All-Ukrainian, and since 2008 – International. In 2009, in Gdansk (Poland), at a congress held by UNICA – the International Film Association, a member of the UNESCO official council, the film festival “Kinkimmeriya” becomes a full member of Ukraine. From that moment it was “Kinokimeriya” that received the exclusive right to form a special program of the best amateur films from Ukraine to participate in the prestigious International Festival of Amateur Cinema “UNICA”.
Thus, the program of the best domestic films for the show abroad is formed exclusively as a result of a rigorous selection at the festival held by the Kherson public organization Kinkimmeriya (the head of the board is Evgeny Ivanovich Maximov), the Culture Department of the Kherson Regional State Administration, the communal enterprise Kinovideoprokat (director – Yevgeny Maksimov), as well as with the support of the State Agency of Ukraine for Cinema and the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine.
In order to support the talented youth, the organizers of Kinokkommeriya and the city cultural department created a special film festival for schoolchildren Kinokaleidoscope, whose goal was to support gifted children and youth, develop the intellectual and creative abilities of students in the schools of the city, promote tolerance, respect for the cultural heritage homeland and love for their land, their homeland.
Almost every school of the city presented its works in the nominations “My Ukraine – Ukraine!” To the audience and the jury. and “З ювілеєм, рідне місто!”
It should be noted that the guys creatively approached the disclosure of the history of the city, the history of the Ukrainian Cossacks. There were also feature films, and educational ones, even one animated one, which proves that talented young people are growing in our country.
All participants received prizes. The diplomats were presented collectible coins with the image of Ivan Mikolaichuk.
The winners were awarded with valuable prizes: wireless acoustic speakers JBL Charge 3, enclosed in a waterproof case. With the ability to wirelessly connect up to three devices at the same time, everyone can alternately share their favorite music with friends. The reinforced rubberized case in combination with the finishing of high-strength woven material allows, according to the manufacturer, to survive any active adventure without compromising the appearance and performance of the column. Thanks to the built-in battery, you can extend the working time of your mobile phone or tablet if necessary. In addition, JBL Charge 3 can be used in hands-free mode thanks to the built-in microphone with noise and echo cancellation system.
In our difficult times such prizes serve as an incentive for children to show their creative abilities and to pursue knowledge.
