On December 12, 2019, at the celebration of the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Judicial Expertise Research Center on Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Memorandum on Cooperation between the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration, represented by President Romanenko E.А. and the Research Center for Forensic Expertise on Intellectual Property Issues of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (http://www.intelect.org.ua/), represented by Director Fedorenko V.L.
Research Center for Forensic Expertise on Intellectual Property Issues of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is a multidisciplinary government agency specializing in high-tech judicial expertise. The Center confidently develops international cooperation on the organization and carrying out of research works in the field of forensic expertise, integrating their results into expert, investigative and judicial practice. The Center is staffed by highly qualified specialists who conduct a significant amount of forensic expertise, thereby providing real and substantial assistance in protecting human rights and interests, and the judicial and investigative bodies in establishing the evidence base.
Within the framework of cooperation, it is planned to carry out scientific cooperation aimed at studying and generalizing the achievements of science and promoting their fullest use in the interests of socio-economic and legal development of Ukraine, as well as to reproduce the intellectual potential of society, exchange of knowledge and experience, strengthening the international image Of Ukraine.
