In order to be an experienced, modern, progressive and innovative manager, it is necessary to continuously improve knowledge and professional skills, to accumulate and summarize the best international management experience, to be creative! According to Art. 50 ЗУ «About education» from 09.05.2017 № 2145-VIII: «The pedagogical worker passes the next certification at least once for five years, except for the cases stipulated by the legislation!»
The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (hereinafter – MAUP), based on the Department of Professional Education and Management of Educational Institution, organizes qualification courses  for pedagogical staff of educational and scientific institutions in accordance with the license for the specialty 073 “Management” under the program “Reality of the Impossible: School without Problems” which includes 6 modules:
1. Regulatory framework for the regulation of educational institutions in the context of reforming their structure and status: innovations and development prospects
2. Features of planning, organization and financing of activity of modern educational institutions of different forms of ownership according to the concept of Nursery
on examples of excellence
3. Modern information and communication technologies in education
4. Agents of Change (Psychological Component of Effective Leadership of Education Institution)
5. Child centerism as the basis of competence (Psychological component of work with students)
6. Pedagogy of partnership (Psychology of effective interaction of participants in the process of school education)
The theoretical modules will be presented on-line, practical – intensive.
