Congratulations to Serhiy Poznyak – artist, painter and graphic artist, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Honored Artist of Ukraine with the title of winner of the “Emerald Lyre” award!

 

 

With the assistance of Yevhen Romanenko – President of the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration, according to the order “On encouraging the winners of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine” Emerald Lyre” for the best works of literature and art about border guards” of October 13, 2020 № 1009-OS, Serhiy Poznyak was awarded the title of “Emerald Lyre” winner with a commemorative badge and a diploma for creating a series of paintings dedicated to the defenders of the state border, improving the image of the border department and creating a positive image of the border guard in society!

The “Emerald Lyre” award symbolizes the creative nature, the great success of the author’s work among readers, viewers and listeners. The prize is awarded to authors for the creation of significant works of art in various genres of literature and art, published in the media or published separately, which talentedly cover the life, spiritual world and high morals of border guards. The award is presented to the winners every year, on the eve of the Border Guard Day.
