We inform you that the monograph “Special aspects of the exemption from criminal liability for corruption crimes in Ukraine” has been published by the authoritative collective of modern national scientists (Andrey Borovik, Igor Kopotun, Vladimir Gurkovskiy).

The monograph is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical problems of specific types of exemption from liability for corruption offenses. The relevance of the international monograph is also conditioned by the analysis of the causes and consequences of corruption offenses, providing the most effective ways of forming a mechanism for combating these offenses and bringing national legislation in line with European standards.
