The publication of scientific publication is significant contribution to the development of each of the branches of science.
Recently under the edition of the Oluyka Vitaliy Nikolayevich – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, member of the Ukrainian Assembly of doctors of science in public administration was published the book “Tools of integrated local communities in terms of decentralization of power”.
Publication is conducted by the assistance of Council of Europe Programme “Decentralization and territorial consolidation in Ukraine” at the request of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
The book summarizes the legal requirements relating to the most important areas of joint local communities, and highlights issues of their daily work.
The book contains practical advice and tools that will direct the activities of the joint local communities The publication is intended for employees of local governments, public authorities, researchers and representatives of municipal public.
